How the Days Are Held

This 11‑Day Metamorphosis Retreat follows a carefully designed arc.

We begin by gently arriving and preparing the body and mind, before moving into deeper ceremonial work held with care and integrity. Each ceremony is followed by spacious integration — through rest, reflection, connection, and guided practices.

The extended timeframe allows for a natural rhythm of opening, deepening, and integration, without rush or overwhelm.

Preparation, consent, pacing, and ongoing support are prioritised throughout.

The Experience

This retreat is held as a living, unfolding journey.

Across 11 days, ceremony, integration, nature, and community are woven together to support a process that unfolds organically. With time on your side, the work can deepen layer by layer — allowing for insight, emotional release, and real transformation.

Working alongside the Huni Kuin brings depth, presence, and lived tradition — offering a rare opportunity to sit within an authentic lineage, held in a safe and grounded environment.

Many leave with a deeper connection to themselves, greater clarity, and a renewed sense of direction.

Ceremony and Indigenous Leadership

Ceremonies are guided by Huni Kuin Indigenous Txanas, who carry living lineages of prayer, song, and plant medicine rooted in deep relationship with the forest.

Their work is relational and responsive, guided by listening rather than performance. Sacred songs support each phase of the journey, offering cleansing, protection, grounding, and emotional integration.

Ceremony is held as a relationship that unfolds over time, rather than a single event.

Care, Safety, and Integration

Safety, consent, and ethical holding are central to how this retreat is offered.

The container is trauma‑informed and designed to support depth without overwhelm. Guests are never required to share and are always respected in their boundaries. Support is available throughout the retreat, with daily opportunities for one‑to‑one check‑ins.

Integration is woven through the entire journey, and continues after the retreat through post‑retreat integration calls.

Health, Body Care, and Wellbeing

There is a strong emphasis on physical health, regulation, and embodied wellbeing.

Optional, consensual body‑based therapies and holistic health support are available throughout the retreat, supporting balance, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Many guests leave feeling more grounded, present, and connected to their bodies.

What Makes the 11‑Day Retreat Different?

All of our offerings are held with the same care, integrity, and intention.

Our shorter retreats and ceremonies offer a focused and accessible entry point — a clear, supported space to step into this work and experience meaningful insight within a shorter timeframe.

The 11‑Day retreat offers something different.
It offers space — and with that, depth.

With more time, you are able to move beyond the surface layers and into a deeper process. The nervous system can settle, the body can soften, and the work can unfold more naturally — allowing for more significant insight, release, and transformation to take place.

Rather than a single moment or threshold, this is a journey you have time to truly walk — with space to arrive, open, deepen, and integrate along the way.

There is no “better” option — only what feels aligned for where you are.
