How the Days Are Held

This 5‑day retreat follows a clear and supportive arc.

We begin with grounding and preparation, creating a stable foundation before moving into ceremonial work. Each ceremony is followed by time for integration — through rest, reflection, nourishment, and gentle practices.

Because the container is shorter, the structure is intentional and well-paced — allowing depth without overwhelm or rush.

Preparation, consent, pacing, and ongoing support are prioritised throughout.

The Experience

This retreat is held as a focused journey rather than a long unfolding.

Across five days, ceremony, rest, and integration are woven together to create a clear process of arrival, inner work, and grounded return.

While shorter, this container can still offer powerful insight, emotional release, and meaningful shifts — especially when approached with intention.

For some, this is a first step into ceremonial work.
For others, it is a potent reset or moment of recalibration.

Ceremony

Ceremonies are held in a safe, grounded, and supportive environment, with experienced facilitators guiding the space with care and integrity.

Each ceremony is approached with respect — supported by music, intention, and attentive holding throughout.

The work is responsive and attuned to the group, allowing each individual’s process to unfold naturally.

Care, Safety, and Integration

Safety, consent, and ethical holding are central to how this retreat is offered.

The container is trauma‑informed and designed to support depth without overwhelm. Guests are never required to share and are always respected in their boundaries. Support is available throughout the retreat, with daily opportunities for one‑to‑one check‑ins.

Integration is woven through the entire journey, and continues after the retreat through post‑retreat integration calls.

Health, Body Care, and Wellbeing

There is a strong emphasis on physical health, regulation, and embodied wellbeing.

Optional, consensual body‑based therapies and holistic health support are available throughout the retreat, supporting balance, recovery, and nervous system regulation. Many guests leave feeling more grounded, present, and connected to their bodies.

𖦹 The Journey 𖦹

  • Guests arrive and are welcomed onto the land, with time to settle, connect, and meet one another. The evening begins with a shared meal, followed by a Hapé ceremony and opening songs, gently initiating the space and bringing the group into connection.

Focus: arrival, connection, and opening the space.

  • The morning begins with meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement. An optional Kambo ceremony is offered for those who feel called to cleanse and prepare. The day remains spacious — with time in nature, pool time, and intention setting. In the evening, the first Ayahuasca ceremony is held.

Focus: preparation, clearing, and stepping into the work.

  • The day is slow and restorative, with space for rest, journalling, and reflection. There is time to reconnect with your intentions and integrate the first ceremony. In the evening, the second Ayahuasca ceremony is held, allowing the process to deepen.

    Focus: integration, reflection, and deepening.

  • A fully spacious day for integration. Guests are supported through rest, journalling, and gentle time in nature. Pool time and optional treatments are available to support the body and nervous system.

    Focus: grounding, integration, and nourishment.

  • The retreat closes with a shared feast and time to reflect, connect, and begin the transition home. Guests depart with space to carry the experience forward with intention.

Focus: closure, connection, and integration beyond the retreat.

What Makes the 5‑Day Retreat Different?

All of our offerings are held with the same care, integrity, and intention.

The 5‑day retreat offers a shorter, more focused experience — a clear and supported space to enter this work and receive meaningful insight within a limited timeframe.

While it does not offer the same extended integration as our longer retreats, it can still be deep, impactful, and transformative when approached with readiness.

If the longer retreats are a journey you walk over time,
the 5‑day retreat is a powerful and intentional step along the path.

There is no “better” option — only what feels aligned for where you are.
