Mountains & Forest Views
The land opens out to wide views of forested mountain ridges, shifting with light throughout the day. Sunrise brings softness and clarity; evenings settle slowly as the forest darkens and the air cools.

Across the land are private waterfalls, natural pools, and quiet swimming places.

Scarlet macaws fly overhead daily, their colours and calls marking the rhythm of morning and evening. Hummingbirds move between flowers, capuchin monkeys are often seen in the trees, and butterflies and dragonflies weave through the air.

The land is bordered by protected national park, helping preserve the surrounding forest and wildlife corridors.
This wider protection supports one of Costa Rica’s most biodiverse regions, including a significant population of scarlet macaws, as well as countless bird, plant, and animal species.
Being held within this protected landscape is an essential part of what keeps the land vibrant and alive.
